Desecrated Chambers is a ruined Version of Chambers of Innocence. The Zone generates Exactly the same, just visual Differences (and the Boss is not Innocence).
Head West along the North Edge, till you reach the first Elevated Layer curving South. If there is a Passage right below it, that Passage will lead to the Boss Room.
Otherwise continue West till you find the next Passage South. Then that Passage will lead to the Boss Room.
