Simple Read
The Waypoint is always next to the Passage that leads to Chamber of Sins 2. Find the Entrance to the Inner Circular Room, then head to the Passage behind the Waypoint.
Head South-East to find the Top Corner of the Inner Room, if you see the Waypoint, head to the opposite Direction, otherwise follow the Wall around the inner Room till you get into the inner Room or end up beneath the Waypoint. From there head to the Entrance to Chamber of Sins 2.
