Always stick to the Left Wall from the Start
Move along the West Edge of the Zone South till you see the Fence Wall highlighted in the Images above. At that point move East till you find the next opening South, take it and move west again till forced to go north, at which point you can kill OVerseer Krow to get access to Town.
