Hidden Underbelly got added in 3.25 and is part of the new optimized ACt 8 Pathing. Skipping Imperial Fields, almost all of Solaris Concourse and first Entrance of Harbour Bridge, while also saving Time in Town combining all Passive Point Collects in one Step.
In the Hidden Underbelly stick to the West Edge from the Start and head South. If the Curved tunnel into the T Section appears West, the Solaris Concourse Entrance is North of the Split and Bathhouse Entrance is South of the Split.
While if the Curved Tunnel is South of the first Area, then head South for the Solaris Concourse Entrance and East for the Bathhouse Entrance.
